As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving post. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards.
  • Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
  • Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
