Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a food and beverage location by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, production-related areas, parking areas, and the perimeter as assigned.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, observe for conditions that could impact operations, and help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.
• Support emergency response activities and communicate with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and/or incidents.
