About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Mobile Response Driver in El Paso, Texas, to serve and safeguard clients in a retail setting. The role involves driving, conducting unarmed patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and helping create a welcoming environment for customers and associates. The officer provides customer service, communicates clearly, and responds professionally to security-related concerns.

The position pays $15.00 per hour. Scheduled shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local rules.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license, required for driving positions and subject to Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• State or local licensing requirements may apply and may need to be met before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and visitors by following security procedures and site-specific policies and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter unauthorized activity while interacting courteously with customers, employees, and visitors.
