About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in South Dennis, Massachusetts, you will serve and safeguard clients at a residential location. As an unarmed security officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will provide customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to concerns with integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach.

This is a full-time position paying $25.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding property perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, property concerns, hazards, and maintenance-related issues according to site procedures.
• Help deter unauthorized access and promote a welcoming residential environment through a visible presence and professional interactions.
