About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role is based in Brooklyn, New York, and is full-time, Thursday through Monday, from 4 p.m. to midnight, for 40 hours per week. The hourly wage is $17.75. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a New York State security license.
• Have a driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
