Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal protocols for access control, visitor processing, and general assistance.
• Monitor lobby activity, review identification and credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and professional communication.
• Respond to incidents, calls for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to building management and/or emergency contacts as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and support security-related operations within a commercial real estate location through clear reporting and policy compliance.
