About The Position

As a Security Officer Lobby Desk in Eaton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk post in a technology-focused location.
• Monitor front desk activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or access credentials, and direct employees, guests, and vendors in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Answer phones, manage visitor logs, process deliveries, and support other front desk administrative duties tied to security-related operations.
• Observe lobby and reception areas for unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and consistent application of post procedures.
