Requirements

Extensive customer service experience in a corporate, hospitality, or high‑profile environment
Strong background in security or front‑of‑house operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and executive‑level presence
Ability to remain calm, composed, and attentive in a busy lobby setting
Strong judgment, reliability, and situational awareness
Valid security license (if required by state regulations)

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary lobby representative for employees, executives, and high‑profile clients
Deliver top‑tier customer service with a polished, professional demeanor
Monitor lobby access, verify credentials, and manage visitor check‑in
Maintain constant situational awareness and respond appropriately to unusual activity
Assist guests with directions, information, and support while upholding corporate standards
Communicate clearly with building management, security leadership, and internal departments
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation
Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and corporate etiquette at all times
