About The Position

As a Security Officer Hospital Response Driver in Bartlett, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in/around a hospital morgue.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures while maintaining a professional and service-oriented presence.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
