As a Security Officer - Driver Response in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and respond to alarms and other security-related concerns. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting access-control concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions in accordance with site-specific reporting requirements.
