As a Security Officer Full Time Driver in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and provide professional customer service to tenants and visitors. Requirements

  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain visitor records, and report suspicious activity or unauthorized access according to site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, exterior spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
