As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Vehicle Entry in Shreveport, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and support a secure environment for personnel and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and use computer or tablet systems as needed. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor and control access to the industrial facility by verifying credentials, processing visitor and contractor entry, maintaining required records, and reporting access discrepancies.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, operational areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
  • Support a professional, orderly environment by communicating clearly with personnel and visitors, documenting incidents, and completing required reports.
