About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Support in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Dispatch Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will coordinate security-related communications, dispatch personnel, monitor activity, and support timely responses across a dynamic care location. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Monitor and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and other security-related incidents, maintaining clear communication with officers, healthcare personnel, and emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and following established notification procedures.
• Monitor access points, camera systems, and other communications equipment as assigned, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
