As a Dispatcher at a financial institution location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related matters. You will help maintain access control records, communicate clearly with personnel and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and security-related dispatch activities at a financial services location.
  • Monitor incoming calls, alarms, radio communications, and electronic notifications; document requests and dispatch appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as directed.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, key and access-control activity, and other required reports while protecting confidential information.
  • Support regular and random patrol operations by monitoring check-ins, tracking officer locations, and communicating timely updates to supervisors and site personnel.
