Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor front desk activity, manage access control processes, and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and guests entering the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns, delivery issues, and/or security-related matters observed at the front desk.
• Support daily operations at a logistics and distribution location by answering questions, directing foot traffic, coordinating visitor check-in procedures, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
