Requirements

  • Possess supervisory experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess 5 or more years of security-related experience.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor access at the front desk by verifying identification, managing visitor sign-in processes, issuing access credentials, and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity.
  • Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
  • Answer phones, greet guests, and support lobby operations by maintaining professional front desk presence and documenting security-related incidents, requests, and daily activity.
  • Help to deter disruptions at the location by observing lobby activity, following financial institution procedures, and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
