Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
Monitor visitor, patient, and vendor access at the reception area by verifying identification, issuing passes when needed, and directing individuals according to site protocols.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as appropriate.
Answer phones, manage inquiries, and document security-related events, suspicious activity, and/or access concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and location guidelines.
