Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk, verifying identification and/or visitor records, and following site-specific access procedures for the location.
• Monitor front desk activity, answer phones and/or direct inquiries, and document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and other security-related concerns in required logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Support security-related screening and access control functions for a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter unauthorized entry and unusual activity through attentive observation and consistent procedure follow-through.
• Assist with badge issuance, visitor management, key control, and other administrative duties related to front desk operations and security-related policies.
