The Security Professional Security Patrol Officers will monitor Life Safety and Critical Infrastructure by performing tours throughout the Gallagher Campus. This role involves access control, escorting, responding to alarms and events, and relieving fixed posts. All security activities must be coordinated and communicated to the ROC via intercom, radio, or landline. Security Professionals identify and report Life Safety issues, tour the building to prevent and identify potential incidents, and respond accordingly. They monitor critical infrastructure, provide perimeter security, and monitor control access points like turnstiles, docks, and emergency exits. The post requires knowledge of the entire property and the use of an access control card or post keys. Security Professionals must report anything unusual to the ROC Analyst and are required to fill out a Daily Activity Report (DAR) and have knowledge of emergency SOPs, as well as a general working knowledge of other posts for relief duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate security, hospitality, or a customer service-focused environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in using computers, standard security software, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
Requires a high degree of professional maturity and sound judgment necessary to handle complex tenant interactions and sensitive security matters.
Knowledge of the property in its entirety and the use of an access control card or post keys to enter required locations.
Knowledge of emergency SOPs.
General working knowledge of other posts.

Nice To Haves

Previous security experience within a High-Rise Commercial Office Building environment is strongly preferred and will be considered a significant asset.
Bi-lingual considered a plus
Professional candidate who is proficient with computers, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities

Monitor Life Safety and Critical Infrastructure by performing tours throughout the Gallagher Campus.
Perform access control.
