Join Allied Universal at a busy automotive rental location where you will serve as the front desk presence, greeting visitors, managing access, monitoring alarms and handling security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be 21+ years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and assisting with security-related questions and requests.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in procedures, and documenting arrivals, departures, deliveries, and/or service appointments.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
  • Support front desk operations within an automotive rental location by observing lobby activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, and reporting maintenance, customer service, and/or security-related concerns.
  • Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to daily activity, incidents, and front desk responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
