You will monitor activity, manage incoming calls and radio traffic, coordinate officer responses, document security-related events, and help maintain a strong visible presence across the property. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, where you will partner with the team to deliver reliable service, clear communication, and integrity in every interaction. Requirements

Have a minimum of 2 or more years of security experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Operate the dispatch center by monitoring alarms, access control, and/or CCTV, receiving calls for service, and coordinating officer response using radio and phone communications.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or local emergency services as required by post orders.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident documentation, including calls for service, unit status updates, and activity summaries, and share information with shift supervisors as needed.
Support regular and random patrol operations by directing officers to priority areas, tracking patrol check-ins, and relaying tenant and/or property management requests.
