Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to extent permitted by law.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify security-related concerns, and report maintenance and/or access control issues.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help to verify authorized access, observe visitor activity, and support established post orders and location procedures.
• Support day-to-day operations by preparing clear reports, maintaining awareness of high-traffic areas, and assisting with security-related responses in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
