Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access procedures, credential checks, and security-related policies at entry and exit points.
Monitor access control systems, visitor logs, and/or delivery activity to help support authorized entry to the location and report irregularities to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including directing individuals to the proper contacts and following emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct routine inspections of lobbies, reception areas, loading zones, and/or other assigned access points to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, or policy concerns.
Document daily activities, visitor interactions, and/or incident details in required reports while maintaining professional communication with site personnel and Allied Universal management.
