Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Monitor entry and exit points for employees, contractors, and delivery traffic, helping to support authorized access and documenting security-related concerns, unusual activity, and/or policy violations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to site leadership, law enforcement, and/or emergency services when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Verify credentials, vehicle information, and/or visitor logs as required, helping to support organized site access and clear communication with personnel arriving at or departing from the location.
