About The Position

As a Security Officer for Deftpower's eMobility (SaaS) division, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the security foundation of the company. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to standards, managing risks, and maintaining compliance as the company scales across Europe. You will create clarity regarding security expectations and ensure these are met. This position is crucial for establishing structure, clarity, and trust within a fast-growing organization.

Requirements

3 years of experience in security, compliance, or risk management.
Hands-on experience with ISO or similar frameworks and knowledge of step-by-step implementation.
Structured approach and ability to maintain an overview in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to take ownership and bring clarity to evolving areas.
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and security policies.
Drive compliance activities and prepare for audits and certifications.
Lead incident response when needed, ensuring issues are handled and translated into clear improvements.
Monitor risks and maintain the risk register.
Coordinate recurring compliance tasks and evidence collection.
Build awareness and guide teams on security best practices.
