As a Security Officer Driver Perimeter Patrol in Everett, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government utility location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions, and assist with visitor and/or contractor check-in processes in accordance with site protocols.
  • Support facility operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting during service interruptions and/or public interactions, and following post orders for security-related matters.
