About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver Security Presence in Omaha, Nebraska, you will serve and safeguard clients at utility-related locations. This unarmed patrol role involves monitoring and patrolling sites, maintaining a visible security presence to help deter incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. The driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $21.00 per hour. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Monitor and patrol utility-related locations and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
