As a Security Officer Driver Response Specialist in Jersey City, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
A college degree is required.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter.
Monitor site activity and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or incidents according to site-specific protocols.
Support access control and visitor-related processes in accordance with location procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
