About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Threat Detection in Miami, TX, you will safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine and random unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, monitor access, and provide customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The position is full-time and pays $19.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The listed schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, access points, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location and verify visitor and contractor authorization.
Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
Report observed hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
