As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Badge Verification in Flat Rock, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office, studio, technology, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and designated areas in accordance with site requirements; document observations and incidents accurately.
Communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and response activities.
