About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver Dispatch Coordinator in San Jose, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring communications, and supporting security-related response activities for a public transportation location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, incidents, and routine requests to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor radio traffic, telephone lines, cameras, and/or alarm systems, documenting activity and relaying accurate information to field personnel and site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations by gathering details, coordinating communication, and supporting timely security-related follow-up in accordance with location policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support functions through remote monitoring and status checks, while maintaining detailed logs, reports, and dispatch records.
