As a Security Officer Dispatch in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities from a dispatch post.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems, documenting activity and relaying information to on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency services as needed.
• Respond to incidents, calls for service, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate communication and support across the location.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to track routine activity, deliveries, visitor movement, and/or unusual events within a food and beverage location.
• Assist with security-related operations by communicating post orders, reporting maintenance or operational concerns, and helping to support after-hours coverage, restricted access monitoring, and emergency notifications.
