Requirements

  • Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be 21 or more years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
  • Monitor alarms, cameras, radio traffic, and/or telephone communications, and dispatch appropriate personnel in response to incidents, service requests, and critical situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate communication between site personnel, first responders, and/or management.
  • Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, documenting calls for service, unusual activity, and actions taken during the shift.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by monitoring entry activity, verifying information as directed by site procedures, and communicating concerns to the appropriate contacts.
