Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
  • Monitor communications systems, receive and document calls for service, and dispatch personnel to incidents, alarms, and/or priority requests in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift updates, helping to support situational awareness and coordinated responses across the location.
  • Coordinate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or first responders during incidents, access concerns, medical events, or other critical situations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while helping to observe and report unusual activity, operational issues, and/or policy violations.
