Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service and relay information to site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Dispatch officers and/or mobile units to incidents, maintenance-related concerns, and other property needs across the location while maintaining clear and accurate activity logs.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations by gathering key details, prioritizing calls, and coordinating with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Support day-to-day property operations by documenting reports, tracking incidents, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through timely communication and attention to security-related concerns.
