About The Position

Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. In this role, you will help maintain site awareness, document key information, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor radio, phone, alarm, and/or camera communications to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch personnel to reported incidents or priority areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying accurate information to site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records to support timely communication and awareness of security-related concerns across the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while helping to identify unusual activity, access issues, and/or operational concerns in varied working conditions.
