About The Position

As a part-time Dispatch Officer at a financial institution in Westlake, TX, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related situations. You will maintain accurate records, assist with access control and badge-related needs, and provide professional customer service to employees and visitors. The role includes scheduled shifts Monday through Wednesday, 10:15 PM to 6:15 AM, at a rate of $19.75 per hour.

Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Access control and badge experience.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports according to site-specific procedures.
Communicate timely information to on-site personnel, management, and emergency responders using established protocols.
Monitor security-related systems and report unusual activity, equipment concerns, and access-related issues to appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control and badge-related needs.
