About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Lead in Maiden, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Requirements

Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a fast-paced technology location.
Receive, prioritize, and relay routine and urgent calls for service, alarms, and incident notifications to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Monitor communication systems, cameras, and/or alarm activity, and help to coordinate timely security-related responses to incidents, maintenance issues, and critical situations.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident details, and shift activity records, and communicate updates clearly to site leadership, field personnel, and/or first responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
