As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will help coordinate daily activity, monitor assigned areas, support incident communication, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures, managing communications, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, relay information to site personnel, and document security-related activity in a clear and timely manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate resources and communicate updates to supervisors, personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.
  • Track vehicle, delivery, and/or personnel movement throughout the location, helping to maintain orderly access control processes and accurate dispatch-related records.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol support activities through remote monitoring and coordination with on-site personnel, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
