Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
  • Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch the appropriate personnel in a timely, problem-solving manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm manner by gathering key details, relaying information to on-site teams and/or supervisors, and supporting coordinated response efforts.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, while communicating status updates, priority changes, and post instructions to help support daily operations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
