About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver Resource Allocation in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Dispatch Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related needs across a healthcare location. You will help maintain a welcoming environment, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with onsite teams with integrity and care. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, healthcare location policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications systems; dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports; communicate timely information to supervisors, hospital personnel, and emergency responders as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for medical facilities.
• Monitor hospital grounds and perimeter activity through available communications and surveillance systems, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized access.
