About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver Operations in Newark, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
• Monitor communications, receive calls and/or alarms, and dispatch officers or emergency services to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and/or dispatch records to support timely communication and coordination across the location.
• Monitor cameras, access activity, and other security-related systems, and help to deter unauthorized activity by promptly reporting concerns and/or escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Coordinate routine and urgent information flow between officers, site contacts, and/or responding agencies while following post orders and confidentiality expectations.
