About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver Incident Coordination in Newark, Delaware, you will serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution location. You will coordinate communications, monitor security-related activity, support access control, and help guide incident response while providing customer service to employees and visitors. This is a driving position and requires a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
Have a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or at least 21 years old for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.
CPR/First Aid certification.
Access control and badge experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications systems; document and prioritize requests and dispatch appropriate personnel for routine requests, incidents, and critical situations.
Maintain accurate incident logs, activity records, and dispatch communications in accordance with site procedures and applicable reporting requirements.
Coordinate with on-site personnel, management, and emergency responders as needed, and respond to incidents calmly and professionally.
Monitor access-related activity and camera systems when assigned, report unusual conditions, and help deter unauthorized activity.
