Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor radio traffic, telephone calls, alarms, cameras, and/or building systems to identify incidents and relay information to on-site personnel, management, and/or emergency services as needed.
• Dispatch officers and/or appropriate responders to routine calls, incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, activity records, and/or dispatch documentation to support daily operations and communication across the property.
• Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer status, communicating post assignments, and helping to coordinate responses around the business and perimeter.
