Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
  • Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Possess a college degree.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring communications, and supporting security-related response activities at a government location.
  • Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and emergency calls in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and/or public agencies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, activity records, and communication updates to support daily operations and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and/or surveillance systems, reporting unusual activity and helping to coordinate appropriate response measures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, relaying key information to supervisors, field personnel, and/or first responders.
