As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or supervisors as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, and delivery traffic, verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and reporting security-related issues according to post procedures.
• Support daily operations at a logistics and distribution location by observing trailer yards, dock areas, and exterior grounds, and by reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or access control concerns.
