As a Security Officer Customer Care Patrol in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Support loss prevention and property protection efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with de-escalation, and following post orders for retail and mall environments.
