About The Position

As a Security Officer Credential Lifecycle in Honolulu, Hawaii, you will safeguard clients in logistics and distribution settings. You will help manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and maintain an orderly environment while providing customer service and clear communication to help deter security-related incidents. The position is full-time, pays $20.50 per hour, and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience.
A Guard Card or license.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, loading docks, the business, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
