About The Position

As a part-time Security Officer Credential Issuance in Davie, Florida, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. The role involves managing entry points, verifying access credentials, monitoring visitor activity, and helping maintain an orderly environment for tenants and guests. You will provide customer service, communicate professionally, and support security operations with integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

The scheduled shifts are Tuesday and Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $15.75 per hour. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations, potentially before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry points and verify authorized access for tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel according to site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, package, and key-control records as required by site procedures.
• Respond calmly and constructively to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, notifying appropriate contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to identify and report security-related concerns.
