About The Position

As a Security Officer Credential Enrollment Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. In this access control role, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by managing access points, verifying credentials, and supporting badge-related processes. You will remain visible to help deter incidents, communicate professionally with visitors and personnel, and report security-related concerns. The role is full time and pays $17.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Wednesday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Manage access points, verify credentials, and support badge-related processes.
Remain visible to help deter incidents, communicate professionally with visitors and personnel, and report security-related concerns.
